I'm Hailey

This... is the first photo I ever took. On my mom’s gold Kodak point and shoot somewhere around 1998. I was 3.

It’s funny because after this.. I would search for her camera when she wasn’t looking and find something, anything to take pictures of. Once, I used TWO FULL ROLLS OF FILM on my little brother (not yet born for this photo) taking the slide on the playground in our backyard by himself over and over again. The reload for a then seven year old is impressive, okay?

Anyways I’ve been hooked ever since.

My style is memory provoking. Storytelling. Raw. Real. Authentic. Capturing you at your truest, most pure form is my favorite thing to do. We don't need to get posey... life isn't hair clipped back or wearing matching socks every day. I am all about a genuine, timeless feel with documentary style edits, moody b+w's, film in every package, and galleries that look like movie storyboards.

**Things that get me going: porch hangs in 70 degrees, screaming the lyrics to my favorite songs with the radio on full blast, that warm fuzzy feeling you get when the sun (and my son) kisses your face, traveling to a new place, my husband Trey, glimmer finding, a *crisp* Diet Coke, and a sax solo.
